Below are items all video customers MUST agree to in order to receive media from RIDEMX LLC.
- This is a single camera operation. As a result I cannot guarantee footage during this event
- Due to track size, capturing footage of all areas of the course can be a challenge within the allotted event time.
- In the event I am low on footage for the deliverables (IE, Instagram Reels etc) Additional classes you may be running (including practice) will be utilized for footage. Keep in mind this can result in footage containing different gear colorways etc.
- Unforeseen circumstances can create issues with obtaining coverage. If any issues arise I will contact you via phone/text to discuss.
- Payment is due at time of order. Once the footage is prepared I will send you an email with your updated order.
- If you have any issues downloading the footage I am happy to assist. Just send an email.
- Despite these hurdles. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. My goal is to provide you with a great keepsake to remember this event. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns once delivery is complete.
